The crash occurs durint the install

The crash occurs durint the installation of AMD's Catalyst Control Center.

The system is running Win 7 64bit (with SP1 installed). Based on what I have found out so far, the issue seems to be related to Deleted PDO reported as relation: One of the removal relations for the device being removed has already been deleted.

Below is the crash code and information generated by MS Crash analyzer wizard. Per the wizard pci.sys is probably at fault

PnP encountered a severe error, either as a result of a problem in a driver or
a problem in PnP itself. The first argument describes the nature of the
problem, the second argument is the address of the PDO. The other arguments
vary depending on argument 1.
