As you’re all now aware, there have been some significant changes made in the sales team since Dan announced his resignation.
It’s almost impossible for all of us to actually be in the same room, so I’d be keen for us all to speak on a call outside of our regular weekly update with MG to outline the changes and most importantly to build cohesion within the sales team with regards to the products that we’re selling. The big deals will come from global companies; we need to be operating as a single team with a global vision, pooling our specific talents and resources, in order to impress and close companies with the necessary global footprint and dollars available to invest in the club.
At the moment, naming rights for Appiano Training Facility, Youth (academies etc) and Training Jersey are available. These are huge assets which can drive significant revenue increases. In order to maximise the value for these global products, we need to be coordinated and structured in how we identify opportunities and ultimately move prospects through the sales process to closure.
