The Contractor shall inspect the Entire System including all components at a regular interval recommended by manufacturer. This Preventive Maintenance service shall include all necessary repairs, replacement of parts, adjustments, calibration, cleaning and lubrication necessary to ensure that the performance of the equipment conforms to the performance specifications referred to in (1) above.
