The Achilles tendon is quite promin

The Achilles tendon is quite prominent and is easily seen and felt proximal to its insertion on the calcaneus. Deep to the tendon, between the tendon and the upper surface of the posterior calcaneus, is the retrocalcaneal bursa. There is also a calcaneal bursa between the Achilles tendon and the skin. These bursae cannot be distinguished on palpation.

跟腱是相當突出的，很容易看到和感覺到接近其在跟骨插入。深至腱，肌腱和後跟骨的上表面之間，是retrocalcaneal囊。還有跟腱和皮膚之間的跟骨滑囊。這些法氏囊不能觸診來區分。

跟腱相當突出，很容易看到，感覺接近于其插入卡卡內。深到肌腱，在肌腱和後卡內葉的上表面之間，是反卡卡卡管。跟腱和皮膚之間還有一個鈣化物。這些毛刺不能區分在觸覺。

跟腱相當突出，很容易看到和感覺到跟骨近端的插入。在跟腱的深處，在跟腱和跟骨後上表面之間，是跟骨後囊。跟腱和皮膚之間還有一個跟骨囊。這些囊在觸診上無法區分。
