Except as expressly referred to herein, neither FrieslandCampina nor LF-Asia will be liable to the other on account of termination, expiration or variation of this Agreement for reimbursement or damages for loss of goodwill, prospective profits, anticipated orders, any incidental or consequential damages or on account of any expenditures, investments, costs of translations and localisations, leases or commitments made by either FrieslandCampina or LF-Asia or for anγ other reason whatsoever based upon or such termination or expiration.
