OP method: laparoscopic appendectomy

1. ascites: turbid
2. appendix: adhesion to pelvic wall, ruptured above base, involving cecum
3. fecalith: yes
4. omentum: shifting
5. other specific findings: small bowel distension

The appedix was severely inflammated and necrotic near the base. Suture ligation was applied after the appedix removed. The abdominal cavity was irrigated with 2000cc NS before wound closure.
