You were recently sent an email regarding completing enrolment / re-enrolment which you have not responded to. Please respond to this email from your University student email account as a matter of urgency stating that you accept the terms and conditions detailed in the email. Failure to respond within two weeks will result in your place at the University being withdrawn.


Enrolment Declaration 2013/4

All personal information that you provide to the University will be protected and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the University’s registration with the Information Commissioner. You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate and you must notify us of any change to your details. If it is subsequently proved that you have deliberately provided false information we will terminate your registration. If your place on a course is sponsored by a third party, e.g. an employer, you hereby consent to the University disclosing information about you (such as attendance and assessment results) to that sponsor. The names printed on your final certificate will be those from this form, unless changed through the appropriate University procedure, and will be published in the awards brochure and local press on graduation. If you wish to be excluded from these publications (including pass lists and your award ceremony) please contact the Finance and Student Records Department. Further information about how the University processes your personal data is provided in the Student Handbook. Although the University will not accept liability for any disruption to students caused by circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to fires, strikes (of its own or other employees) insurrections or riots embargoes requirements or regulations of ay civil or military authority (an ‘Event of Force Majeure’) the University will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact of such an interference with its ability to provide educational or other services.

I confirm that the details of my registration are correct pending the outcome, where applicable, of the Re-assessment Board.
I agree to pay the total fees for my Course in accordance with the University’s Fees and Charges Regulations or to arrange for my Sponsor to pay these fees, but I accept that I am liable to pay any shortfall between the amount paid by my Sponsor or SLC and the total amount of the fees (as specified).
I accept that if:
1. I fail to pay all or part of my fees and charges owed to the University; or
2. I fail to make acceptable arrangements with the University to pay my fees and charges: or
3. I fail to adhere to such arrangements made,
I will become automatically excluded from the University within the meaning of the University’s Fees and Charges Regulations.

The University reserves the right to revoke this enrolment if it is subsequently found that you are already excluded.
