The Licensee shall fully indemnify

The Licensee shall fully indemnify the Licensor against all reasonable and foreseeable claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses which may be suffered or incurred by it and all actual actions or proceedings which may be brought against it due to or arising from the Licensee’s operation of the Dental Centre and/or the use of the Premises and/or the Licensed Area. This indemnity shall continue notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement.
