I'm currently a senior associate in my company and I have to take on more challenging sections of work as a senior. I also have to start managing junior associates on my team and guide them when they first join the firm and whenever they are in doubt. I also have to manage both the client and manager in charge of the team. There isn't such a thing as to work life balance in my current role as it is for most auditors. Most auditors work till wee hours of the morning and get very little amount of sleep and time to spend with loved ones.
