Hi~ the purpose of degenerate is to get back a same monster, but those of the monster that use to degenerate will be decreased 1 evolve level~ basically this function is just only for those player who wrongly evolve or want to use all the return monster as hybrid material (take note: when you degenerate a monster with 1st / 2nd reincarnation, only can get back monster and is no reincarnation material returnable)
