Any notice, demand or other communication so addressed to the relevant party shall be deemed to have been delivered (a) if delivered personally, when actually delivered to the relevant registered address; (b) if sent by post, 48 hours after posting; and (c) if given or made by facsimile, when despatched, subject to the production of a transmission report by the machine from which the facsimile was sent which indicates that the facsimile was sent in its entirety; provided however that any notice, demand or other communication to be given by the Licensee to the Licensor shall only be effective upon actual receipt thereof by Licensor.
