If Effexor XR is a prescription dru

If Effexor XR is a prescription drug, it is illegal for you to sell it, or any other prescription drug. Prescriptions can only be written by qualified medical personnel, ie Physicians. I know of no state in the US where a person can sell prescriptions without a license. Don't do it. The penalties are too high. The only thing I have heard you can do is, if they are not open, you might be able to give them to a Doctors office to be used as samples, though this I'm not positive of. A nurse told me that. Even though prescription drugs are sold on the streets now, and it is one of the fastest moving new trends, it would be a tremendous disadvantage to get caught. There is a real crackdown on that now, and many people are being caught and prosecuted.
