Since our staffs needs more knowledge and skills improvement on safety, the training programme will give several training sections,First-aid, facilities maintenance and experience sharing.The first aid skills used in the water park is more specific due to the different and emergency situation. Instead of knowing how to provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation, they need to learn swimming and the ability to handle different situation. While the programme, employees will have true experience on rescuing people of different situation. Staffs will participate in lessons which taught by experienced staffs in Wake Islands, they are able to learn more saving skills from foreign place than in Hong Kong.Furthermore, the training programmes included the maintenance of facilities and equipment. Staffs need to do regular checking before and after water park open everyday, this provide safety guarantee for customers and staffs. The equipment, such as, rescue boards and life-jacket must be intact. Staffs will learn the maintenance and repair methods and procedures for equipments during training, and improve the circumstances of broken facilities to maintain intact.Training Programme will also include the experience sharing part talk by Wake Islands staffs. To give better performance to provide safety, experience sharing give more examples of accidents happen and solving ways. For example, the fastest way of saving people in deep water under different items. The different experience of staffs will give good lessons to each other, staffs could learn the way to due to different situations by listening and noting. Aqua Park staffs will have to learn from foreign staffs and apply their knowledge when they face similar situations. After the learning session, Aqua Park staffs need to work with Wake Islands staffs and apply things they’ve learned in a new environment. This gives experiential learning for staffs to apply knowledge of safety and to improve work performance.
