The pull factor is after the push factor to have the decision of the choice. According to Kim, Lee & Klenosky (2003), it mentioned that the pull factors could be conceptualized as the attractions, features or the attributes. Yuan and McDonald (1990) identified some factors that it could be the factors to affect the people motivation. The factors included budget, equipment, environment and culture and history. As being successful event organizer, they should consider availability, decoration, location and the equipment of the venue (Callan & Hoyes, 2000). And those pull factors can be the main reason to be the attractive for the event or the destination. As the Carnival, the prizes, games and the facilities are the attractiveness for attracting people to come. Those pull factor also can be seen as the desire to achieve the objective that it is stronger than the push factors.
