Please find attached the RMD-3895 regarding the problem of blocking resin entries by Rubber (LCY 5516)we had a lot of trouble with the : lot : 11817-1672 20 PO :106852. ,we stopped the pallet (see RMD in attachment) See below the problems we have encountered : • blocked resin entry (by SIS LCY 5516)• the pressures go up to the max ,which caused the stopping of the coater• Emanation of smoke A sample is ready to be sent to you, Please do the necessary investigation to correct this problem and send us the written corrective action (we need this action for our ISO file)the pallet is stopped pending the results of your investigations.an update will be sent to you ASAP
