The basic configuration of the prop

The basic configuration of the proposed antenna is fed by a strip line which is printed on one side of a 1.6mm thick FR4 substrate that used herein, with a 4.4 relative permittivity and loss tangent of 0.02. In this design, the total size of the substrate is 20mm×20mm. To achieve a 50Ω characteristic impedance, the antenna contains microstrip line with a width of 2mm and length of 6.44mm is utilized. The ground plane of the monopole antenna is in the shape of a rectangle with the width of 4.8mm, which affects the impedance matching directly.
