You're welcome.
Thank you for taking the time to send us your purchase screenshot. We'll be happy to help you solve the leaking issue of your Charge HR.
We recently asked you to return your problematic Fitbit tracker to us for inspection. We wanted to let you know that if you haven't already mailed the package, we no longer need to collect the tracker at our warehouse. Please disregard our original request and please proceed to cut the tracker's wristband in two a send us a picture of it next to a piece of paper with the number of the case written. Case number 10856499.
After cutting your tracker wristband we suggest you take it to an electronics retailer because they can dispose of it safely, as they do with batteries.
After you have sent us the requested picture, we'll start the replacement process to your US address.
Also, we want you to please provide more information about the other Charge HR, that you told us about. Please provide the email address associated with that tracker and please let us know where did you purchase that tracker.
