Kaohsiung International Airport (KI

Kaohsiung International Airport (KIA) is in the south of Taiwan, which is also the second biggest airport in this country. Since the utilization of High Speed Rail began in 2007, the domestic flight passenger volume of KIA has dropped rapidly. Next year, the regular direct flights between Taiwan and China have been permitted, which bring the opportunity of promoting the tourism to KIA. The international passenger volume recorded 4.1 million in 2014, which is also the highest number in twenty years. The number of passenger volume is crucial to the size of airport land side facilities (Tošić, 1992).
In this study, we mainly focus on examining passenger's satisfaction on Airport land side facilities at KIA to understand whether the land side facilities make the passengers satisfy or not.
