In consideration for the provision

In consideration for the provision by UH of the Services,
the Client shall pay to UH the Fees and any Expenses, in
accordance with Schedule 3 and with this clause 5.
The Client shall pay each invoice submitted to it by UH, in
full, without set-off or deduction, within 30 days of the
date of invoice, to a bank account nominated in writing by
UH.
