We would like to work on a technology transfer project mode wherein you can tell us the formula/process of liquid corn starch lotion and we manufacturer here it in India. We need to further develop the formulation with an addition of an anti-fungal molecule into it. Curatio will do all the regulatory filings in India.We can discuss the project payment terms and conditions as we move ahead with this project. We would like to propose the payment in following two steps: 1. An upfront payment before we commercialise the product in India depending on the successful development of the formulation. We can have various milestone payment terms here as we further need to develop the formulation.2. After we commercialise the product in the Indian market, we can work on a royalty based payment depending on the number of units we sell for first 3 years. The units will be arrived after preparation of Business Plan.Once you give us a go ahead we will work on our Business plan as only then we will have an idea on the above mentioned project costs.
