Second, the foreseeable problem that we think is the sales and profits illwill drop. It is because this issue make more customers feel disappointed, some customers questioned our ‘quality’. Some passengers Also, some passengers are our long-term customers. They will feel our company cannot achieve their expectation in this incident . They may be choose another airline because of their disappoint. Furthermore,some passengers may be first time choose our company but our airline have technical failure affect their first impressions. I think first impressions is very important when moment of truth for a customer has been a negative experience,they will feel despair. Then, we'll contrary different geographic to start the improvement plan but our sales and profits drop as a result to have not enough funds to cover need. From the 2014-2015 report of Cathay pacific, we can saw our company the profits was drop to 3.4% in 2014-2015 .
