I think Paul [SLT] has learnt that if you brought this to the whole staff it would fall flat because it’s too vague if you haven’t been involved in any of the planning. ‘What the hell is PLTS?’ It’s different because I’ve been involved in the planning and now I’m teaching it but, like, if you’re the teacher, especially maybe I’m not saying an older teacher but certain teachers who aren’t as open to new ideas, who, you know, have taught in a certain way, then you’re like, ‘Oh my God’. But they are bringing it in, they are filtering it in, like we’re all rewriting schemes of work, every department for PLTS. (Rachel, George Eliot, Physical Education)
