But they had an issue with on the bottom of the label. As you can see in the pdf attached the label got dirty because the ribbon is drag on the surface. They set the printer in order to have the maximum space between the hot head and the paper, but it seems they didn’t solve the problem.

It doesn’t happen with the original ribbon they got with the printer.

In the photo you can see the numbers: 110A - HW120A, 118C - HW120C, 217A WR - HM220A.
