How To Assign a Deactivated License To a New Computer


Log on to the computer where you want to install the SolarWinds product.
Log in to the Customer Portal (www.customerportal.solarwinds.com) and locate the license.
After downloading via the appropriate link, run the License Manager tool to activate your new license. When asked to specify your license during the install process, provide the appropriate information from the Customer Portal. The license you deactivated earlier will be assigned to the new install.
