1. Right upper and middle third ureteral stones, with mild right hydroureter. (Ser/Img:602/24,26) 2. Probably medullary nephrocalcinosis of both kidneys. Bilateral renal stones and cysts. 3. Bilateral indirect inguinal hernia hernia. - Right side with mesenteric fat. - Left side with sigmoid colon. No evidence of incarceration. 4. Moderate fatty liver. 5. Bronchiectasis and probably focal infection/inflammation at LLL. Emphysema and bullae formation in RLL. 6. Calcification in pancreatic tail. 7. Diverticula at ascending colon. 8. Atherosclerosis of aorta and its major branches.
