1. MATERIAL / JOB DESCRIPTION
LF Station No. 20654321 Steelworks water-cooled hood and one each from the project to be done in accordance with the technical specifications in addition to the manufacture of water-cooled hood shown in the project No. 20678864.
2. USE AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Water-cooled hoods, during the processing of the liquid steel in the ladle into the pot by closing the station via open gathering of dust and gas serves to be sent to the dust collection unit.
3. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:
a) 20654321 and No. 20678864 of the water-cooled hoods manufacturing is only shown in the project include the following exposures:
1) Water Cooled hood body; POS-1 (hydraulic piston mounting plate is included.)
2) Dust suction channel; POS-3
3) Surveillance caps; POS and POS-4-5 (according to the revised project will be held in the Appendix)
4) Hood fixing plate; POS-6
5) Wire Making groove; POS-8 (20654328 No. according to the project)
6) Material gutter; POS-9 (36.01.AI.01.00.001.0 and will be manufactured according to the project No. 36.01.AI.01.00.002.0)
b) After manufacturing chemical washing operation will be appended by the chemical cleaning procedure.
c) Material Gutter (POS-9) are matters to be considered in manufacturing;
1) Water-cooled materials and groove in 36.01.AI.01.00.001.0 36.01.AI.01.00.002.0 numbered project will be manufactured in accordance with the specified dimensions and tolerances.
2) After-welded joints, the joints of the panel, pose with the pose-2-one
and b branded source surface to the inner surface 2 mm thick hard coating
It will be made.
3) The groove in the elbow in the forehead towards the outer surface of 100 mm. the coating will be done.
Hard coating:
Material: Technogénia TP 4000 (60% Ni-Cr-B-Si base + 40% WC-2c) or equivalent
Coating Method: Flame Spray Powder Application
Average Surface Hardness: 120 HRC
d) Hoods water inlet and outlet pipes will be made to the collector inlet shown in the Project No. 20654321 and 20678864.
e) After the chemical cleaning process for water-cooled hood 1 bar nitrogen gas pipe will be printed pipe mouths closed.
f) The pipes to be used in production comply with the standards specified in the project and not exposed to corrosion effect will be waiting in the stock pipes.
g) the Manufacturer references related to similar manufacturing, manufacturing qualification certificate will be given to proposals with the capacity report.
h) to be used during the manufacturing tolerances will comply with 200 standards in addition to the SNA.
4. METHOD OF TESTING, TESTING PROCEDURES and will REPORTS PREPARED:
a) after the manufacturing hood 6 bar will be subjected to hydraulic testing. The delivery of the material test report will be presented to us.
b) The material certificates of pipes used in production will be delivered to İSDEMİR.
c) Pipe resources by controlling the destructive method results will be presented to us.
d) After making control of cracks in pipes in pipe bends results will be reported.
e) results of checks carried dimensional measure will be presented to us.
f) The Company will provide test certificates for the welders to run the offer of crops.
g) Resource procedure with diplomas controls the organization and the results will be reported. (WPQR (WPS / PQR), DIN EN 288-3)
5. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS (STRICT, TRANSITIONAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF RED)

6. WARRANTY: After Water Cooled hoods circuit against material and workmanship will be under 1 year manufacturer warranty.
