We remind you that a credit card must be shown on your arrival, as a guarantee measure.

To avoid unnecessary delays, we need to know your estimated arrival time and your flight number, in case you had it. There is no reception.

Check-in times are from 14.00 and 19:00. If you arrive between 19:00 - 23:30, there is a 20€ supplement (cash). The 24 and 31 of December we only check-in from 14:00 to 15:00.

Check-out time is at 11:00 or earlier and you only have to leave the keys inside the apartment. For late check-out, please, call us. In case you have a guarantee deposit paid in advance we will contact you for the refund.

There are parking spaces in some of our buildings under request and availability. In case you want to reserve one of them, please contact our booking department.
