Any investment made by any party in its own business, or expense incurred, during the term of this Agreement in connection with the Services under this Agreement is not the responsibility of the other party, and the other party will have no liability in connection with such investment or expenditure on termination or expiry of the Agreement, unless agreed otherwise in advance and in writing by both Parties.
