● Be a good steward of time. Good stewards are required to be faithful
(1 Corinthians 4:2). This is the whole foundation of our use of time.
God gives us time to use productively. This is a biblical, universal fact. Regardless of the cultural orientation, when you, the pastor, have this attitude, your priority will be to use every minute for God and His purpose.
● Establish goals. As mentioned previously in this lesson, the church must have long and short-term goals of purpose. Once you set these goals, you can plan your daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals.
● Plan time schedules. Make schedules and plans to meet your needs. When you have a system worked out, use it.
