I am sorry for we need to change the direction of this press conference. (Because of some products will be postponed to the end of September or Oct. )
During this letter, I want to discuss about two issues.
1. About our cooperation.
We are willing to cooperate with Mincomm. Before that, we need to complete some process. The first is about CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT.(Please see attachment).This document is talking about the confidential business information. And we need have your company’s agreement and signature of this file. If you have any questions about this document, please feel free to let me know.
Besides the NDA, may I have the official monthly service item and the budget.
2. About the new product launch event.
Because of we will launch a new running product(Forerunner 235) in the end of this month.(Starting sale in the Sep.) We thought this product will get good responds from customers in running market, so that we need to plan the PR event for this product. In the next half year, we will launch 3 kinds series products (running/bike/lifestyle), so that I think maybe we can hold three times press conference instead of one big launch event. We can do more focused on different field and invite our target guests (example: reporters/bloggers/…..etc.) to join us. About the scope of press conference, I prefer to invite 20 guests to join the conference. The form of the conference can be different, maybe is just talking about or trial our new product….etc. (I need your advice).
Besides the press conference, I want to have more exposure in the internet. In order to increase the voice of our brand, we must to find some KOL ,power blogger or power media to post our information(maybe is a new or the article of Unboxing ). For own media, we can do more originality AD in Instagram/ Facebook to attract more TA (target audience ) to focus on Garmin.
Maybe this will more like the product marketing plan in the first stage.
