I would like to inform you that client finally decided to confirm screws 4.8x19 and 4.8x25 without need of further washer replace.
Unfortunately it was occupied with big discount which we had to give them.
In past e-mails you mentioned your boss agreed for some discount as long we will take the samples without changing washers.
So right now I would need:
1) Confirmation of discount which you are willing to give, my suggestion is 12%
2) Information when you estimate to have goods ready for shipment?
