asically, here's what's going to happen as a reminder: we'll be sending you two emails with the order details and the shipping label. Please send your Band only to our service center. They will review your Band and pretest the replacement once it passes. You will receive your replacement 8-10 business days after the Band is received by our service center. It normally doesn't take that long, the sooner you send in your band, the faster we can send a replacement.
I would also like to give a heads up that our service center is currently experiencing shortage in our replacement Band inventory. This means that in the event that we run out of stocks during the processing of your replacement, a refund will be processed for you instead. Should a refund be processed, it will be in a form of a check in the local currency where the your Band was officially purchased. You will also be getting an automated email generated by our systems.
