If a date of a visit to a Site is agreed by the Parties,
unless the Client has provided UH with not less than two
(2) Working Days prior written notice that the relevant UH
Personnel will not be able to perform the Services at the
Site on that date, the Client shall (if the Fees are payable
on an hourly or daily rate basis) pay UH the Fees due for
that visit as if the visit had gone ahead or (if the Fees are
payable on a fixed fee basis) pay UH at UH’s standard
consultancy rates for work of that type for any additional
time spent by UH as a consequence of the cancellation,
and in both cases if the UH Personnel have completed
any part of the journey to the Site the Client shall
reimburse UH for any travel expenses incurred on that
journey on production by UH of receipts or other evidence
verifying such expenditure.
