SMS credits will not expire for Ess

SMS credits will not expire for Essential & Professional accounts, as long as the accounts remain active. Please refer to FAQ: Renewal and Termination for more details. SMS Credits purchased on the Startup account will expire 30 days from the time they are purchased. In order to extend the expiry date, a new credit purchase needs to be made, upon which any expiring credits balance will have its expiry date extended to the new expiry date.
