Cronbach's alpha was used to examine the reliability of each constructs. For use intention, reliability could be increased from .687 to .905 by removing “I would be willing to recommend other people to use mobile payment.” (IU3). As for perceived information risk, the reliability could be increased from .641 to .855 by removing “I do not feel totally safe providing personal private information over mobile payment.” (PIR2). All reliability statistics were shown in Table 2 after exclude IU3 and PIR2. All reliability coefficients were higher than the recommended level of .70 (ranging from .820 to .930). The Cronbach’s alpha scores indicate that reliability has been achieved for the measurement model.
