Receptacle pins A8 and B8 are disconnected in the system until the connection is
switched into DisplayPort Mode and a configuration is selected. Likewise, plug
pins A8 and B8 on Adaptor cables are disconnected until the connection is switched
into DisplayPort Mode and a configuration is selected.
