ARTICLE 4 PACKING AND DELIVERY TIME
All packing of the goods shall be in wooden case with sea worthy and safe for land / sea transportation.
The shipment from the manufacture to the shipping port shall only be effected by the Seller within 45 days after the Seller’s receipt of the Letter of Credit.
ARTICLE 5 SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
The shipment and insurance of the goods under the present contract shall be effected by the Buyer. The Seller shall inform the Buyer about the quantity of the goods, shipping port and other details relating to the contracted goods within 20 (twenty) days after the goods being ready for loading. The Buyer shall immediately arrange the carrying vessel to pick up the goods within 20 (twenty) days after receipt of the above information.
