The purpose of this report is to evaluate the results of re-verification of the air-conditioningsystem in the manufacturing area(6F) by performing the relevant records after replacement of MAU-601、AHU-602 high-performance filters , and to confirm that the system can still meetTwi standards and design specifications.Base on the results of the air-conditioning system verification, the annual air-conditioning system verification is qualified and approved for use.
