The Industry Fellows model allows for consistent, ongoing interaction between students, the instructor, and the industry professional.
The students receive regular feedback on their work and they have an opportunity to build a relationship with an industry mentor. This relationship benefits the students, who learn how to infuse professional practice effectively into their own work; the industry practitioner, who is able to grow in their mentoring role; and the class instructor, who is able to learn and grow in his or her own knowledge of professional practice.
