Regarding the Lai See gratuities charge, all members will automatically receive a letter or email in advance detailing the Lai See charges that will be made to their accounts around November or December each year (see attached). This year, we sent out the letter or email on 3 Dec 2018.Unfortunately, we have not received yet a written confirmation from you in response to the automatic Lai see letter or email. However we are very willing to help you reverse your charges, the credit will be included in your Jan’s 2019 statement. We will also adjust the amount to be transferred from your bank account on 28 Jan 2019.
