My relative called them, first time they said that they want to verify my billing address and last four digits of my credit card. So I provided them to my relative and she passed to motorola via telephone
This time they said that it is not possible to clear up the hold and order is cancelled and refund is made.
But still they have not send any emails saying order is cancelled, instead they have resend the same hold on email.
Now I'm confused that the order is still on hold or cancelled.
I called my local bank and they said the payment is still on hold.
