Titebond Heavy Duty Construction
Adhesive is the strongest adhesive
of its kind. It provides professional
strangth on most common building
materials. It exceeds the performance
requirements of AFG-01 ASTM
D3498 and C557.

Can be applied to wet or frezen
timber.
Will not slump off vertical surfaces.
Bridges reasonable gaps and will
adhere material with uneven surfaces.
Remains easily extrudable at low winter temperatures.
Sufficient flexibility to allow some
board shrinkage or movement.

Use Titebond Heavy Duty for:
-Bonds building materials such as
metal,aluminium,wood,concrete,
mirror,…
-Installation timber flooring.
-Bonds decorative panelling.
-Bonds waliboard or panelling to wood
or metal frames.
-Installation of mirrors.
-And other applications.
Directions :
Surfaces must be clean and free of
any material that may prevent adequate adhesion.
Cut tip on slant for 1/4”to 3/8” bead
Puncture inner seal and place in
cartridge gun.
Apply the adhesive to one of the
surfaces in either a continuous or spot
bead.
Press surfaces firmly together with
a slight twisting motion.Certain large
applications may require additional
bracing until adhesive has dried.
Note: For subfloors, apply adhesive
to joists for one sheet as a time,Nail or
screw esch sheet as recommended by
the American Plywood Association
Cleanup:Tools and adhesive may
be cleaned with mineral spirits.
Follow solvent vendor’s precautions.
User tips: Titebomnd Heavy Duty is
not designed for continuous submersion
or for use on plastic,polystyrene or
polyethylene foams. For polystyrene
foam, most plastics and tub surrounds,
we recommemd Titebond Interrior/
Exterion or Tiebond Porfessional Tub
Surround adhesives.
Coverage: Provides approx. 32 linear
feet of 1/4”bead.
WARNING: Intentional misuse by
deliberately inhaling the vapour from
this product can be harmful or fatal.
Should use a working mask during
application time.

Storage instruction: Store cartridge in
dry and cool place.
Shelf Life: 18 months from the date of manufacturing.
