Intraperitoneal findings were as following:1. Uterus: cannot seen due severe adhesion.2. Bilateral adnexa: cannot seen due severe adhesion.3.Carcinomatosis with muliple tumor seding at omentum, colon, small intestine serosa.→suboptimal debulking was performed.4. Severe adhesion was noted.5. Massive ascites (+): yellowish.

2.雙側附屬器：不能看到由於嚴重粘連。
進行3.Carcinomatosis與muliple腫瘤seding在網膜，結腸，小腸漿膜。→次優的減滅。
4.嚴重粘附被記錄在案。
5.大量腹水（+）：微黃色。

腹內發現如下：
1. 子宮：看不到應有的嚴重粘附。
2. 雙邊阿登克斯：看不到應有的嚴重粘附。
3.在耳鼻、結腸、小腸serosa處進行粘膜腫瘤的癌變。
4. 注意到嚴重的粘附。
5. 大腹水（*）：黃色。

一。子宮：由於嚴重粘連而不能看到。
2。雙側附件：由於嚴重粘連而看不見。
3.在大網膜、結腸、小腸漿膜處有多發性腫瘤沉積的癌病，行次優去毛刺術。
