Samsa looks outside through crack of the door. In the living room, there’s no warm atmosphere there and it is lighted up a gas lamp. Having a meal at every turn, Samsa hears his family always discuss why he transforms. No one is willing to stay at home because they are afraid of Samsa. However, Samsa’s sister supplies meal for him every day. Once is in the morning and the other time is after lunch. His parents always inquire Samsa’s everyday condition through his sister because they don’t want to get in his room.
Samsa has transformed a huge bug for a month. He crawls in his room every day. Samsa knows his mom can’t accept his look until now, so he always hides under his bed. Once in the room, Samsa’s mom looks a brown thing on the picture which is on the wall and she feels scared. At this moment, Samsa’s dad comes back home while his mom is yelling. After listening his daughter’s explanation, he supposes that Samsa uses violence to make mistakes. Hence, his dad takes a bag of apples from table then decides to hit him and gives him a lesson.
