Upon notification by the user of a defect (departure from performance specifications) in the operation of the equipment, the Contractor shall attend to the fault within EIGHT normal working hours. This service shall include all necessary repairs, adjustments and replacement of parts to restore the equipment to its normal operational conditions within SIXTEEN hours or such other time agreed to by the user.
