Since I went to work during the day, I learned the lesson at night.I found 24 hours had not enough,so cause me to sleep inadequate ,my work was not the spirit.And I always eat fast food every day, to make my body unhealthy.
As a part time student, I will starting using a daily planner.This could be a diary I keep in my bag,an online verison I maintain at home, or both.It’s easy to over-schedule if I am not careful.
I will set a time limit on how long you study for each class.
For example, vocabulary. I think Thus, four 15 minute practice sessions are often better than one 60 minute stint. Also, don't rush through studying; take my time and concentrate. I may want to set an alarm clock so when it rings, go to another subject, and reset the alarm.
As for my friends will want to hang out with me on the weekends, but we will understand if I explain to them that I need to study or catch up on school work.
I suggest try to take showers before going to school. I'll be more refreshed, alert, and relaxed as I start the day.And I don't neglect my health, I propose try to get my fruits and vegetables everyday. Remember to exercise (for example:playing basketball and badminton) at least 30 minutes a day.
