This two units are located in the same building, different room, and connect to the same external exhaust duct.
When opening the sash and the blower start, the two units are showing different sensor data on the display. Also, one unit (see Fig.1) always goes alarm and anther is normal, after airflow checking.
The user wonder to know what happen?
Does it happen because of the airflow sensor? Should we need to replace an airflow sensor? If so, please send us a new airflow sensor for replacement under warranty.
