You are receiving this email to inform you an Advance Replacement RMA# 69070485 has been created and is being processed for shipment against Case Number: 1558595.
Please note: The software version (If applicable) on your replacement part may be different than what is currently running on your Brocade equipment which may require an upload of code to match what is currently running in your environment. Brocade provides documentation on MySupport and Knowledge Portal to assist with the upgrade process. If there are additional questions please engage your TAC case owner.
If your failed device had feature or premium licensing and you have not already received a license transfer from Brocade Support please contact Brocade Support at 1-800-752-8061.
The defective/unused parts are expected to be returned within 5 day’s of receiving your replacement material.
Please follow instructions below:
STEP 1:
Upon receipt of requested assets retain all packaging material to reuse as return packaging.?
STEP 2:
Upon completion of the replacement, carefully repackage the failed or unused components into the container in which the replacement parts were delivered to you.
STEP 3:
When you finish packing the part, clearly write the RMA number on the box
STEP 4:
Once the shipment is prepared, please call the pickup request number reference below to arrange for pickup
STEP 5:
When scheduling the pickup, please provide the name, telephone number and email address of the person to be contacted at time of pickup.
STEP 6:
Upon pickup, please keep a copy of DO for your records
