We have given further consideration to how we can best assist China Non-ferrous Metals Corp (“CNMC”) in negotiating and closing a joint venture transaction with Ivanhoe Mines (“Ivanhoe”). This letter sets out our thoughts and scope of work for CF&Co to provide advisory advice to CNMC.
