While running LCY rubber yesterday

While running LCY rubber yesterday we noticed a big difference between totes. See attached picture. The material was very dusty and had large chunks of a white, powdery substance. The chunks would break up as you ran your hand through them. We checked several lot numbers and gaylords and only found one gaylord with this problem. What is odd about this situation is we checked other gaylords within the same lot number and those gaylords did not have this issue.
